Basic Care

Our experienced team of professional dependable licensed caregivers provide:

  • Companion Care - our experienced caregivers can take walks, socialize, take your loved ones to social events and neighborhood outings, help care for and walk a beloved pet, play puzzles, cards, games, and write letters or emails to friends and loved ones to maintain mental alertness, read with or to your elderly loved one.

  • Personal Hygiene - limited mobility, injury or medical treatment can limit our loved one’s ability to maintain personal hygiene. Our experienced caregivers can help your loved one with routine personal hygiene such as teeth brushing, bathing, dressing and grooming, assist with various bathroom necessities such as urgent bathroom calls and accidents.

  • Dressing - our staff can assist you with changes clothing

  • Homemaking - hygienic and clean environments can lower anxiety, stress and depression your loved one’s life. Our experienced caregivers assist in daily household cleaning, laundry, and organization etc. Small things can make a huge difference in the quality of life of your loved one.

  • Meal Preparation - your loved one doesn’t have to continue eating frozen meals or fast food any more. Our experienced caregivers can help shop, prepare and cook healthful whole meals that are compliant with your doctor’s recommended dietary plan.

  • Transportation - our experienced caregivers can transport your loved one to doctor’s appointment, go shopping, transport your loved one to a favorite dining establishment, and run regular errands.

  • Cognitive stimulation exercises - Mentally stimulating activities bolster cognitive function. Our companionship caregivers are trained in the art of conversation. They know what to listen for, including how to pick up verbal cues to explore further. Mental exercises improves cognitive function for a better quality of life.

 

Specialty Care

Experienced Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides, administer personal and specialized care programs. Our CNA’s and HHA’s assist in transitional care with post-surgery limitations, night care, and personal care so that you are comfortable when you are back in your home.

  • Ambulatory Assistance - our experienced CNA’s and HHA’s can assist you with post-surgery care or night care in the comfort of your own home

  • Wheelchair Assistance - our staff is trained in helping you transition from wheelchair to chair/bed or vice versa

  • Exercise and/or in home physical therapy - our staff can assist your loved ones on any level of physical activity - whether its an afternoon stroll in the neighborhood, a walk in the local park, or participating at the local senior activity center. Our caregivers will also help stay on track with any physical exercise recommendations provided by your physician or physical therapist to promote recovery, mobility and strength

  • Medication reminders

  • Transitional Care - Enhanced communication with Care Providers, Post-acute care plan follow-up, adherence to discharge instructions, ensure follow-up with MD/PCP/specialists, transportation assistance, appointment attendance and other various “Proactive” solutions

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Specialized On-going Care

Highly skilled caregivers/Licensed Vocational Nurses provide challenging care programs. Our LVNs will work with you and your primary care physician to provide special assistance to your loved ones who need special care.

  • Alzheimer’s and/or Dementia Care - We can tailor a care program with the unique needs of your loved one. All dementia care patients are unique and require an in depth understanding of what they require. Whether its overnight assistance or round the clock care, we are here for you. Contact us.

  • Arthritis/Osteoarthritis - Arthritis/Osteoarthritis an be a debilitating condition that hinders mobility. Everyday activities can become extremely challenging. We will develop a program tailored to your needs in order to alleviate the discomfort and pain associated this condition.

  • Parkinson’s -We provide a wide range of services to help clients with all manner of varying needs, whether those needs arise from Parkinson's Disease, another disease or health condition, or just from the normal process of aging. Our experienced staff will help you through the rough days and try to make your life as easy as possible.

  • Overnight stays - we understand that there maybe circumstances that require someone to be there overnight to look after a loved one for whatever reasons. We are there to help you with some flexible planning

  • Respite Care - Family member caregivers sometimes need a break. The stress of juggling the needs of family and an elderly loved one can become overwhelming. A respite caregiver can give you the well earned break you need over holidays, weekends or during the week and can take place in a hospice or medical facility, a senior day care center or in the comfort of the loved ones own home.

  • We are not a CNA or LVN switchboard or an app you download. When you work with us, you talk to a live person 24/7 who confirms your request and addresses your concerns in REAL TIME.
