Kaleidoscope handles all payroll related issues including all fees, taxes, and liability insurance associated with employing a non medical home care caregiver in the State of California.
We maintain the high quality of our care delivery by conducting random supervisory visits, providing qualified replacements for missed shifts, creating and maintaining a written plan of care and fostering an open channel of communication between family members and caregivers.
